Downwell
Down is a setting, and you are the one holding the dial.
What it is
Partly built The set is catalogued and the Forge screen saves your frame. Its abilities do not run in a fight yet.
- Permission
- mass.override
- Role
- Controller
- How you get it
- A Wetware Grid capstone, Operator 30
- Wetware Grid branch
- Freight Mass
A mass-override permission from the freight decks, where things had to weigh less on the way up and a great deal more on the way down. The Gravity Well Surge is a crude, sanctioned echo of it.
Passive
Terminal. Enemies you have slammed take more from impacts, and your own falls never stagger you.
Abilities
Designed The three abilities are the game's design.
Plumb
Drag anything airborne down. It is the best anti-air a player can hold.
Whatever is in the air stops being in the air.
Sink
A well that pulls a crowd together.
Eight metres of street where everyone weighs what a building weighs.
Heavy Air
Enemies around you, and their projectiles, slow down.
The block gets tired.
In the build, every Legend fights with SALVO's kit.
Weakness
Almost no damage of its own. Downwell makes a team stronger and is weak alone.
Counterplay. Range and patience. A well you can walk around is a well you can ignore.
Fusions
Designed Fusions are the game's design.
| Fusion | With | Opens at |
|---|---|---|
| Singularity Slam | Heavy Lift | Operator 20 |
| Event Horizon | Hardlight | Operator 20 |
| Plumb Shot | Long Writ | Operator 20 |
You pull the block in and then you close your hand.
A wall that is also a decision about which way down is.
The round takes the long way, over the cover, and files down.
