Signal Choir
You do not shout. You are simply on every channel they have.
What it is
Partly built The set is catalogued and the Forge screen saves your frame. Its abilities do not run in a fight yet.

- A quest, Operator 30
- Wetware Grid branch
- Channel Rights
A broadcast-override permission: the emergency channel the Deepworks used to evacuate a deck. It reaches the alloy in other people's heads, which is a sentence the registry would like you to stop saying out loud.
Passive
Carrier tone. Your crowd control lasts a little longer, and your kill signature carries further.
Abilities
Designed The three abilities are the game's design.
Writ of Silence
Silence one target.
Whatever it was about to do, it has forgotten the paperwork.
Crossed Wires
Confuse a group so that they turn on each other.
They cannot agree on who the enemy is, and you are not on the shortlist.
Anthem
Your crew builds Sync faster for a while.
Eight seconds where your whole crew is on the same frequency, and it is yours.
In the build, every Legend fights with SALVO's kit.
Weakness
It deals no damage of its own.
Fusions
Designed Fusions are the game's design.

The swarm has been listening this whole time, and now it sings back.
For six seconds the city forgets there was ever a fight here, including the people in it.
